By using MySkin AI, you agree to the collection and processing of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
We collect and process only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve our Service. MySkin AI does not require registration or account creation and does not store your data on our servers once the analysis is completed.

1.1 Photos of your face (Face Data)
When you take or upload a photo for skin analysis, MySkin AI processes the image to identify characteristics such as dryness, acne, pigmentation, and other skin conditions.

• Photos are processed locally on your device and temporarily transmitted to our AI model for analysis.
• We do not store or retain Face Data after the analysis is complete.
• No employee, developer, or third party can access your Face Data.
• All processing is performed securely using encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS).

You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app.

1.2 Photos of cosmetic products
You may upload or take photos of cosmetic products to check their composition and compatibility with your skin.

These photos are analyzed by AI to extract ingredients (INCI list) and evaluate product suitability.
We do not store or associate this data with your identity. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used internally to improve ingredient recognition accuracy.

1.3 Skin questionnaire data
You can optionally answer questions about your skin type, skin goals, allergies, habits, or preferences.

These answers are used only to personalize your experience.

All questionnaire data is processed directly within the app and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

1.4 Device and technical information
We may automatically collect limited technical data such as device model, operating system version, crash logs, and general region (based on IP).

This data is used exclusively for app performance, diagnostics, and analytics.

1.5 Subscription and purchase information
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not have access to or store your payment information.

2. How We Use the Information
We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To perform AI-based analysis of your face and skin.
• To scan and evaluate cosmetic products.
• To personalize app results based on your skin profile and questionnaire.
• To maintain and improve app functionality, stability, and performance.
• To handle subscriptions and provide customer support.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties.

3. Use of OpenAI API
MySkin AI uses the OpenAI API to process uploaded photos and generate analysis results.

OpenAI temporarily processes your input data to produce responses but does not store or use this data for training or long-term retention.

4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted service providers to help operate and improve MySkin AI. These partners process only limited technical and non-identifiable data on our behalf:

• OpenAI — for AI-based image and text analysis.
• Apphud — for subscription management and analytics.
• Facebook SDK – for ads attribution and analytics.
• Firebase (Google) — for crash reports and performance monitoring.
• Amplitude — for anonymized usage analytics.

All third-party partners comply with GDPR and other international data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention
We do not store or retain your photos, questionnaire answers, or other personal information after analysis is completed.

Only anonymous and aggregated analytics data may be stored to monitor performance and fix technical issues.

6. Security
We take privacy and security seriously. All communication between your device and our systems is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

However, please note that no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Children’s Privacy
MySkin AI is not intended for children under 13 years old (or under 16 in the EU).

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.

If you believe that a child has used the app and provided personal data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
