This Money-back policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read both documents carefully, as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties.

The capitalized words used in this refund policy and not defined herein bear the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

Subscription cancellationWe understand that sometimes plans change and it may not be the right time for you to continue using MySkin AI.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you purchased the subscription:

• If you purchased your MySkin AI subscription through the App Store
• Please follow Apple’s official instructions for managing or cancelling subscriptions, available here.

• If you purchased your subscription through our website
• Please contact us at myskinai@42apps.io or use the subscription management page available in the app or via the link in your purchase confirmation email.

Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel it manually through your App Store account or via the method used for purchase.

Refunds

Refund methods depend on where your subscription was purchased:

• If you purchased through the App Store
• All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please submit a refund request following Apple’s official instructions available here.

• If you purchased through our website
• In general, payments for digital subscriptions are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• However, we may issue a refund if you are not satisfied with the product and you meet the following conditions:

1. Your subscription was purchased directly through our website; and
2. You contacted us at myskinai@42apps.io within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Each subsequent renewal payment may also be refunded within 30 days of its charge date.

If your refund is approved, we will notify you by email and process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: because of the downloadable and instant-access nature of our digital services, some purchases may not be eligible for refunds once accessed or used.

• Keep in mind uninstalling MySkin AI does not cancel your subscription.
• To avoid future charges, make sure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• Our support team is always ready to help at myskinai@42apps.io.

Language

Any translation of this policy is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or interpretation conflict, the English version of this policy shall prevail.
